Breathe and psychosomatic
The organs are slowed or accelerated by the impulses of the autonomous nervous system. The Vagal nerve (also called, pneumogastric or parasympathetic) slows down the action of these organs - the lungs, heart, stomach, liver, pancreas, intestines, kidneys - which are accelerated by the so-called sympathetic nervous system.

Besides, the central or cerebrospinal or voluntary nervous system there is also the autonomous or unconscious. Between the two there is a connection which the Ascete can educate and master. The autonomous system is subdivided into two parts:

1)- the sympathetic, which runs like telephone wires along the spine from the dorsal vertebrae to the first two vertebrae of the loins, and innervates the heart and lungs, speeding up pulsation and breathing. It controls the digestive tract and the connected glands;

2)- the parasympathetic or Vagal nerve, which issues like an electric cable from the cerebrospinal bulb, below the brain, and innervates the same organs, except some, like the sexual organs, which are relayed to the pelvic nerve.

The sympathetic and parasympathetic are antagonists, in the sense that the first is compelling, accelerating, increasing heartbeats and lung frequency of inhalation and exhalation; instead, the parasympathetic slows, it is vasodilating.

Thus, the coming and going of the two energo-vital currents influences the sympathetic-parasympathetic rhythm, just as the latter influences energetic breathing.

The breathing dynamic is so well designed that, regulating breathing voluntarily, all the organs innervated in the Vagal are regulated and, stopping the lungs, one can slow down, reduce, or stop the coming and going of the two currents of the vital force or serpentine channels of the right and left and can direct the vital energy so as to modify the action of the different organs, that are connected to the subtle bodies, such as the etheric or energo-vital body, the emotional body , the mental body and the Centers of Force.

Knowing how to voluntarily influence the organs means overturning psychosomatic relationships. To have an idea of what organs can do if left to themselves, here are some important observations:

1)-Lungs: make the mind unstable, dishonest, inclined to slander, lies, argument.

2)-Heart: hypertrophy of the Ego or Super Ego, exhibitionism, pride, narcissism, paranoia, egoism, arrogance, despotism, cowardice, cruelty.

3)-Stomach: susceptibility, frivolity, indolence, whimsicality, egocentrism, processes of regression towards the past and interiorization, narcissism, hysteria, schizoid personality (akin to schizophrenia), sense of inferiority.

4)-Pancreas: the same consequences as the stomach.

5)-Liver: pride, arrogance, hypocrisy, ostentation, delirium of grandeur, hypertrophy of the Ego, unlawfulness.

6)-Spleen: atrophy of the Ego, melancholy, pessimism, hatred, intolerance, misanthropy, avarice.

7)-Intestines : the same as the lungs.

8)-Kidneys: erotic delirium, lust, laziness, deprivation, vanity, obscenity. Those who live in a given way by deliberate will, or better, decide to become a saint, an authentic Lotus+Crocian, must think, speak and act following the teachings of the Master of Galilee, exponent of total morality.

The thought from a mind agitated and influenced by immorality, amorality or decadent morality is not the thought of saints. So, it is necessary to exercise the control of the physiological and energetic breathing in order to calm and curb the distracted and chaotic mind, taking it into the heart, the seat of intelligence, the meeting point between the immanence and transcendence of God. From the prolonged divine presence depends the transmutation of the I, which will also be the welding of the purified eros, soul and spirit, transformed into bright flames burning with love and wisdom in the intimacy of the Trinity.

After all, for the three strings of the I to harmonize with the three strings of God, so as to obtain the anthropostheos union, you need to know the noble art of the tuner.
