Low Breathing
It is a better way to breathe than the previous two but still has drawbacks. The diaphragm is lowered on the abdomen and constricts the internal organs.

This, in male breathing. In women, it would increase the volume of the abdomen. Anyway, it allows the accumulation of a larger amount of oxygen and of life energy, that is, vital force, but leaves the upper part of the lungs unventilated.
