|
When I speak of the EGO I am referring to each I of the Man and the Woman endowed with survival, pre-existent to physical birth. The EGO is composed of a triad of distinct principles, but interdependent and weldable or separable by the Will of the Great Architect of the Universe. These three principles are called: spirit , emotive soul and erosdynamic soul . These three express themselves as Ego by means of some vehicles or egoical instruments or energetic bodies, and precisely: 1st) – the etheric double with its vital energies which unites with the erosdynamic Soul; 2nd) – the astral body linked to the emotive Soul; 3rd)- the inferior and superior mental bodies (concrete and abstract) which unite with the Spirit. These three subtle, vibrant, energetic bodies constitute, with the physical body, a single living thing, which wills, thinks, feels, acts. These bodies constitute a set of connected systems. They are formed with the physical body, last for a single birth, draw their atoms from the respective worlds or evolutive planes (etheric, astral and mental) and at the death of the person they leave by themselves, absorbed in time by their respective element. The Ego exerts its influence on three centers of gravity: on the head in the brain with the spirit and the mental body; on the heart with the emotive soul and the astral body; on the genitals with the erosdynamic soul, the etheric body and the vital energy. The law of justice and balance which Dante defines as the law of Contrapassum and the Hindus call Karma, brings about the birth of the Ego, formed by a Causal Body and by the three principles in a mental, astral, etheric and physiological complex suited to the evolutive grade of this Ego or Individuality: Ego, which Kabbalistic esotericism defines as a clothed light. A perfect definition, true to reality. Light clothed by luminous energy, something similar to a “nebula” of the most varied colors, the colors of the aura (the energetic atmosphere of the subtle principles) – dark, rusty, grayish when dealing with a little-evolved person but brilliant, living, white, golden-yellow, blue colors in the evolved. And evolution is the fruit of a slow perfecting or of a rapid development due to an ascetic work, which purifies the Ego, its principles, and allows, in the incarnation, the choice of energetic bodies evermore perfect, and of a brightness and coloration, which reveal this evolution. excerpt from "ELEMENTS OF EGOSCOPY AND PHYSCOSCOPY" in the 8th Booklet of Archeosophy |
